Al-Arafah Islami Bank AGM New Date Announced

The date of the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Plc, a listed company in the banking sector of the capital market, has been rescheduled. The AGM of the company will be held on the digital platform on August 22.

On Monday (August 19), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE).

The company said that the 29th AGM will be held on the digital platform on August 22 at 3 pm. Earlier, the AGM of the company was scheduled to be held on July 18. However, due to unavoidable reasons, the AGM of the company was postponed on that day.

In the meeting, based on the opinion of the investors of the company, several other agendas including the dividend declared for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 will be approved.

The board of directors of the company has decided to pay this dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended on December 31, 2023.
