BFUJ president Ruhul Amin Ghazi is no more


President of Bangladesh Federal Union of ists (BFUJ) and Chief Correspondent of Daily Sangram Ruhul Amin Gazi has passed away (Inna Lillahi wa Ilaihi Raziun). BNP health affairs secretary Dr. confirmed the matter. Rafiqul Islam.

He died on Tuesday (September 24) around 9 pm while undergoing treatment at BRB Hospital in the capital. During the Awami government's long imprisonment, many physical complications were created. He was suffering from various diseases including back pain, high diabetes, salt deficiency (electrolyte) problem.

Former President of Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) Mursalin Nomani said that Ruhul Amin Ghazi passed away today at 9 pm at BRB Hospital in the capital.

Earlier, Ruhul Amin Gazi was admitted to the hospital last night (Monday) in critical condition. He has since been admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital. Later on Sunday at 3:30 pm it was decided to take Ruhul Amin Ghazi to Thailand for treatment. However, due to the deterioration of the physical condition, it was not possible to take him there as per the advice of the doctor. After returning from the airport, he was again admitted to a private hospital in Dhaka.
