Dr. Leaders of political parties met with Yunus on Saturday

After assuming responsibility as the chief adviser of the interim government. Leaders of political parties are going to meet with Muhammad Yunus for the second time.

Saturday (August 31) at 3 pm in the Rashtriya Guest House Yamuna with the leaders of various political parties. Yunus is scheduled to meet.

According to the Press Wing of the Chief Adviser, the meeting will begin at 3 pm on Saturday; Which will last till 8 pm.

Before this, after assuming power on August 8, Dr. Top leaders of political parties met with Yunus. On this day, the top leaders of various political parties including BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami met him. No one from the ousted party Awami League or the 14-party alliance held a meeting that day.

After a meeting of the advisory council of the interim government on Thursday (August 29), Forest, Environment and Climate Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan said that the government will continue the dialogue process with the political parties. The reforms they propose will be adopted by the government.

Then on this day BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and three leaders of the party held a meeting with the Chief Adviser. According to the press wing of the Chief Adviser, the BNP leaders mainly discussed their thoughts on reforms in various areas of the current government and their thoughts on the elections.

They said that they have full support for the steps taken by the interim government. This support will continue in the future.

They requested that the current government should announce the start of comprehensive dialogue with political parties regarding reforms and elections as soon as possible.
