Hazaribagh Tannery's Godown Fire – Bangladesh Diplomat

A fire broke out at a tannery godown at Hazaribagh Bazar in the capital. Upon receiving the news, two fire service units are working to control the fire. The incident took place on Friday (January 5th) around 2pm.

Confirming the matter, Fire Service Headquarters Duty Officer Lima Khanam said a tannery godown was set on fire at Hazaribagh Bazar this afternoon. Two fire service units were sent to the scene. Four more units are on the way.

The fire service official said the cause of the fire was not initially known.
