I will not rise from the front of the Jamuna until AL is banned: Hasnat Abdullah

Hasnat Abdullah, chief organizer of the National Citizens Party (NCP), has announced that he will not move from the Jamuna until the Awami League is banned.

The chief adviser said on Thursday (May 7) at 12pm. He made the announcement on the ongoing position program in front of Jamuna, the residence of Muhammad Yunus.

Dr. Referring to Yunus, Hasnat Abdullah said, “We respect you. But we will not get out of here until the massacre is being banned from declaring the massacre as a sedition and terrorist organization.”

He also said that they think the assurance of banning the Jubo League and the Volunteer League, the Awami League's allies, considered 'comedy'. “The main party, the Awami League, has to declare and ban as a fascist and terrorist organization.”

Referring to the disagreement within the party, Hasnat Abdullah said, “We are united on the question of the Awami League. All the forces of the party have sacrificed their lives for Bangladesh.
