IDLC customers can pay loan installments at Bikash

Customers of non-banking financial institution IDLC can now pay all fees and charges of loan installments and other services more easily, quickly and securely from anywhere at Bikash.

Recently IDLC and Bikash jointly launched this service to ensure more convenience for customers. Under this, IDLC customers can do transactions like loan installments, duplicate document issue charges, statement and certificate charges, excise duty, late payment interest and loan processing fee payment from the comfort of their homes through the Bkash app. This will save time of the customers as well as speed up the overall service of IDLC.

To pay IDLC loan installments or other fees and charges, first select IDLC from 'Others' or 'Search' option by tapping on 'Pay Bill' icon in Bkash app. Here, the customer has to select the type of payment he wants to complete from the 'Purpose' option and go to the next step by setting the 'Account' or 'Reference' number, where the customer's loan or fee amount will automatically come. Now the payment will be completed after the customer agrees with the PIN number. After the payment is completed, the customer can download the digital receipt of the bill.
