How does Copilot work?

Event OS Copilot AI was trained on all of Bizzabo’s Knowledge Base articles, product videos, and imagery into one easy-to-navigate, conversational, generative AI interface.

Event professionals simply log in to the Bizzabo platform and click the book icon in the lower right corner of their screen. They will instantly see resources relevant to where they are on the platform. Alternatively, they can ask Copilot a question, like “Should I integrate with Marketo or to Salesforce directly?” and watch as Copilot’s generative AI returns an answer.

Some AI tools have problems with accuracy or hallucinations; that’s not the case with Copilot. It leverages a continuous learning model that’s been carefully trained by Bizzabo’s comprehensive and detailed knowledge base. As users ask questions and product features are added, Copilot will automatically update with new information. It is truly an organizer’s virtual assistant as they navigate through the Bizzabo platform.
