Students blocked Setabganj Government College principal with 22 demands including resignation

Setabganj Government College Acting Principal Subodh Chandra Roy and Office Assistant Nirmal Chandra Roy have been blocked by the general students with 22 demands including resignation. Construction of ashram should be made accountable, college site restored and hostel made, money looted in the name of buying books in college seminars should be re-accounted, nanny post 2023 government appointment and basic salary should be made accountable 30% commission trade syndicate should be stopped in all types of colleges, Bangabandhu Teachers Association Committee should be abolished, Anwara and Tajimul should be reinstated as the fourth post, imam and muezzin salary of college should be increased.

Accepting the demands of the students, the Acting Principal canceled the appointment of 11 employees on temporary basis.
