Based on the news that the concerned police officer DMP Additional Commissioner (Crime and Operations) Haroon Or Rashid is staying, the locals surrounded a house in Uttara and informed the army.
The incident took place in front of house number 4 on road number 12 of Uttara Sector 10 at 10 pm on Thursday.
This officer of DMP is accused in 3 murder cases.
Eyewitnesses said that 'DB Haroon' (former DB chief) was rumored to be in this building. After that, many people started live on Facebook. After watching live, everyone gathered in front of the house. The house houses several families. It is not certain which floor Aaron is on, but the house is surrounded in such a way that it is impossible for him to escape.
After 10 pm, if there is a rumor of Haroon's presence, police and army personnel come there. However, they searched the house and did not find Aaron.
When asked about this, an officer of Uttara West Police Station said at 12:00 pm that no accused was found inside the building. The police and army left the scene.
Earlier, on August 6, there were rumors of the arrest of Harun or Rashid. But the next day he himself denied the news of his arrest. He has not been found since then.
On August 16, joint forces conducted an operation in the 'Lake City Concord' area in Khilkshe of the capital. In the operation, a white microbus was seized from Lake City's 'Varnali' building suspected of being Haroon's car.
