Residents of the hall responded positively after the hall principal's status. Hall student Md. Zahirul Haque Tamal said, “We thank the principal's initiative. Mobashir Alam, another student in the hall, said, “Smoking is a serious problem in the hall room, which can cause extreme inconvenience for smart students in the same room. A clear and realistic policy of smoking is not only in the interest of protecting the overall environment of the room but also in the interest of the room. In that case, the minimum intervention of the administration was applicable to the rules of this.
