In today's meeting of the Advisory Council, it was decided to set up a foundation to take care of the victims of the student movement. This foundation will work for the treatment, rehabilitation and preservation of the memory of the people who were injured.

It has also been decided to make a policy regarding the naming of various institutions and establishments. Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan said in this regard, when a project or construction is done by spending people's money, it will be mentioned in this policy what policy should be followed. So that the name would not in any way incite 'fascism' and would reflect public opinion. The advisor also mentioned that it should be brought into legal framework at some stage. He said, with the change of political status, a chaos is created with the name, so that this does not happen, this policy will be followed.

Some decisions were also taken in the Advisory Council meeting on how to ensure maximum transparency in the conduct of legal proceedings. Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. The issue of protests and demands was also discussed in the meeting of the advisory council.

Syeda Rizwana Hasan said, protest can be done. Many years could not say much; But there was a discussion about ensuring that the protest does not cause additional inconvenience to public life. Syeda Rizwana Hasan said that instructions will be given to the Coast Guard (Coastal Protection Force) so that foreign trawlers cannot enter coastal fishing.

It has been informed by the Cabinet Department that in today's meeting, the Advisory Council has decided to abolish Section 34 A of the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission Act and issue an ordinance. If this happens, the tariff or price of electricity generation and gas resources and petroleum products will be determined through public hearing. It cannot be done by executive order.

The advisory council approved the draft of the Sheikh Hasina National Youth Development Institute (Amendment) Ordinance. The final approval has been given regarding the issuance of an ordinance to make 'National Youth Development Institute' by omitting Sheikh Hasina's name. And a committee will be formed to frame the legal framework for the naming of state institutions or establishments in the government sector.
