The information that the board of education wants from the candidates to prepare the HSC result

Due to the cancellation of the postponed HSC and equivalent examinations this year in the face of the student-public movement, the education boards have prepared to release the mapping results along with the JSC-SSC results. Meanwhile, the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has issued urgent instructions to the candidates to submit the attested photocopies of JSC and SSC exam mark sheets and admit cards by September 12.

After repeated postponement of the exam, the exam was supposed to start from August 11 in the new schedule. But after the fall of the government, various examination centers were damaged in the violence and the question papers were burnt.

The postponed exams were supposed to start from September 11, so the authorities also released the new schedule; But in the meantime, the students who are not interested in taking the exam joined the movement. Later, the interim government decided to delay the exam by two more weeks with half the questions. But on August 20, more than 500 candidates entered the administrative center secretariat to demand the cancellation of the exam and demanded not to give the exam. Later that day the government accepted their demand.

After that, the officials of the education boards sat in a meeting and decided to prepare the results within a month and a half but could not finalize the evaluation procedure of the postponed exams. Earlier, Sheikh Hasina's government gave an 'autopass' based on the previous results for not being able to take the higher secondary examination during the Covid pandemic.

In order to publish the evaluation results this year, the HSC examinees of 2024 have been asked to send the required documents to the board in charge of all examination centers including the academic transcript of the JSC and SSC examination, the attested photocopy of the HSC examination admit card.
