Ukhiya Rohingya camp fire under control

The fire at Balukhali Rohingya Camp (Camp-13) in Ukhia, Cox's Bazar has been brought under control. The fire was brought under control at around 12:17 pm on Friday (May 24).

Three fire service units work to control the fire. Deputy Assistant Director of Ukhia Fire Service Kamal Hossain confirmed the matter.

Earlier, this incident of fire took place in the Kanthal Gachtala market of Camp No. 13 at around 11 o'clock.

Deputy Assistant Director of Fire Service Kamal Hossain said that the fire was brought under control after about an hour of effort. Rohingya houses were burnt down along with hundreds of shops in the fire.
