The price of LP gas has increased at the consumer level

New consumer LPG prices have been fixed for the current month. The price of 12 kg cylinder has been increased by Tk 44 to Tk 1,421. Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission announced the new rate on Monday (September 2). Which will be effective from today evening.

In the month of August, the price of LPG cylinder of 12 kg was Tk 1 thousand 377. It was 1 thousand 366 taka in the previous month.

According to the announcement, the retail price of private LPG has been fixed at 118 taka 44 paisa per kg including musk at the consumer level. Apart from this, the price of private LPG supplied in liquid state in reticulated system has been fixed at 114 taka 62 paisa per kg including musk.

Besides, the price of autogas has been fixed at 65 taka 26 paisa per liter.

It should be noted that now every month the price of LP gas is determined according to the market. Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission sets this price.
