These 10 new/renewed properties, purpose-built for intimate corporate retreats, caught the attention of Skift Meetings’ editors for their unique character and exclusivity.
1. The Observatory Sun Valley, a Viceroy Resort, Idaho
Opening this summer, The Observatory Sun Valley will be the first luxury hotel in this popular ski destination. Located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, the property will have 73 guest rooms and 12 single-level penthouse residences, all with views of the Rocky Mountains. Amenities will include a full-service spa, a restaurant serving “Mountain Modern” cuisine and Idaho-sourced ingredients, and 3,275 square feet of meeting and event space. A highlight is the rooftop observatory and outdoor terrace bar.
2. The Villas at The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician, Scottsdale, Ariz.

In February, The Phoenician, a member of the Luxury Collection, added theVillas at Canyon Suites, eight exclusive stand-alone villas with two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations and Camelback Mountain as their backdrop. Attendees can enjoy a dedicated pool complex, private chef service, in-room spa treatments, and their own golf carts, as well as the resort’s many amenities, which include eight restaurants, an 18-hole championship golf course, and 69 meeting rooms.
3. Six Senses Napa Valley, Calif.
The first Six Senses resort in the United States, situated on a picturesque wine country estate, is scheduled to open in late 2026. The 89 accommodations will be a mix of resort rooms and tent suites. Six Senses Napa Valley will feature indoor and outdoor thermal experiences, a spa, and gourmet culinary and wine experiences. Meeting space information has not yet been released, but the property will cater to corporate retreats.
4. Larch House, Whitefish, Mont.

Larch House is an independent boutique hotel located in downtown Whitefish, a resort town in the Rocky Mountains of northwest Montana that serves as a gateway to nearby Glacier National Park. The hotel features 39 rooms in 10 buildings, with the feel of private residences. Highlights include a restaurant featuring “Alpine-inspired dining”; a private art collection; a rooftop terrace with mountain views; and the Antler Room, with a collection of antique antlers from estates throughout Europe. Opening this spring, Larch House can accommodate 175 attendees for events.
5. Old Naples Hotel, Naples, Fla.
Opening in the second quarter of 2026, Olde Naples Hotel is the Opal Collection’s newest property on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The 109-room vintage-inspired boutique hotel is located in the Third Street District, between the beach and Naples’ historic downtown. Highlights will include a rooftop pool, courtyard, Opal Spa treatments, a bistro, and 7,201 square feet of meeting space.
6. Trailborn, Jackson Hole, Wyo.

Trailborn Jackson Hole is a renovation of the former Snow King Resort Hotel, located at the base of Snow King Mountain. The 195-room property, which opens in June, will feature a mineral spa; ski-in, ski-out access; its own bowling alley; and an adventure concierge. There will be 14 meeting and board rooms, many with mountain views.
7. One&Only Moonlight Basin, Big Sky, Mont.
One&Only’s debut in the United States and its first alpine resort, this newly opened mountain retreat is set on 240 acres, a mix of 73 guest rooms and 19 cabins. One&Only Moonlight Basin’s design pays homage to the natural landscape and includes a curated art collection and furniture handcrafted from natural materials. Highlights include ranch-to-table dining, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and a purpose-built boardroom with floor-to-ceiling mountain views and an attached private library.
8. The Knox Hotel, Auberge Collection, Dallas
Opening in late 2026, The Knox Hotel is an urban retreat described as “a pied-à-terre of 140 rooms and suites,” located in the chic Knox Street neighborhood. Highlights will include direct access to the city’s Katy Trail, an urban greenbelt park built on an abandoned Union Pacific railroad line. The property will also feature a spa, an outdoor pool, and offer al fresco dining. There also will be 10,000 square feet of meeting space in six rooms.
9. The Vineta Hotel, Palm Beach, Fla.

The 41-room Vineta Hotel, located just two blocks from Palm Beach’s famous Worth Avenue, is the first U.S. property to be managed by the Oetker Collection, which also oversees the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc and Le Bristol Paris. Just opened in February after an extensive renovation, this restored 1926 landmark was formerly known as The Chesterfield. Event space can accommodate up to 50 attendees.
10. The Elene, Napa Valley, Calif.
Opening in late summer, this 50-room boutique property will join Northern California’s Mosaic Hotel Collection. The Elene will be inspired by the natural surroundings, with features such as a heated vineyard pool, and spa and sauna garden, and a bike barn offering personalized cycling programs. In addition to the restaurant, there will be multiple gathering lawns for outdoor events.
