Imran Khan 5 years and Bushra Bibi 5 years imprisonment – Bangladesh Diplomat

A country court has announced a verdict on former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi. Imran Khan and Bushra BB have been found guilty in this case known as al -Qadir Trust corruption case.

The information was confirmed in the online report of Geo News and Dawn on Friday (January 5th).

Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Run has sentenced Imran Khan to five years in jail and Bushra Bibi seven -year jail in the case. They have also been fined.

Imran Khan will have to pay one million rupees and Bushra five lakh rupees. Imran Khan fails to pay another six months in jail and Bushra Bibi three months in jail.

Dawn reports that the verdict was followed three times before. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and Bushra were charged in the case on February 27, 2012 after the general election in Pakistan.

Prior to this verdict, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan outside Adiala Jail said, “You can guess what has been wrong in the last two years.” Imran and Bushra will be released if a fair trial is done.

Geo News said the prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, who led the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the anti -Pakistan corruption agency National Accountability Bureau (NAB), was present at Adiala during the verdict.

Also present were Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, Gohar Khan, Sweb Shaheen, Salman Akram Raja and several other lawyers.
