Premier Bank Plc has recently launched a 'Hajj Booth' at Ashkona Hajj Camp in the capital to serve Hajj pilgrims. Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Bank Mohammad Abu Zafar inaugurated the booth as the chief guest.
Additional Managing Director of the bank Shamsuddin Chowdhury among others were present at the event; Deputy Managing Director SM Wali Ul Morshed, Head of Brand Marketing and Communication Department. Tarek Uddin; Head of Islamic Banking Department Mohammad Ishrat Hossain Khan along with Haj Camp and senior officials of the bank.
Managing Director and CEO of Premier Bank, Mohammad Abu Zafar said, Hajj booths are providing foreign currency supply and free passport endorsement service, Hajj card, all information services and Hajj guidebook to Hajj pilgrims according to the quota set by the government.
During the event, prayers and prayers were offered for the overall welfare of the Bank and Hajids. Umbrellas and bags are given as gifts by Premier Bank to the service takers.
