The House of Gulshan, occupied by Member of Parliament of Khulna-4 Constituency and Vice President of Bangladesh Football Federation (BAFFE) Abdus Salam Murshedi, has to be vacated within three months. As a result, Salam Murshedi's house will remain in the same condition as it is now, the lawyers said.
Sunday (March 24) Justice of the Appellate Division. Ashfaqul Islam's chamber court gave this order after hearing Salam Murshedi's appeal against the High Court verdict.
Advocate Saeed Ahmed Raza heard on behalf of Salam Murshedi in the court. Barrister Aneek R Haque appeared for the writ.

Earlier, on March 19, the High Court ruled that the Gulshan house occupied by Abdus Salam Murshedi should be vacated within 3 months. The court ordered Salam Murshedi to hand over his Gulshan house to the Ministry of Housing and Public Works within three months of receiving the copy of the judgment.
