Akash Haque told this television channel that at night he went to visit Nizamuddin Auliya's shrine in Delhi. At that time he saw Shamim Osman. Shamim Osman was accompanied by his family members. He said that he has also taken pictures as evidence.

Incidentally, Shamim Osman was last seen at Dhanmondi office of Awami League on August 3 night. A secret party meeting was held that night. Awami League decided to stay in the field the next day, August 4. Shamim Osman was not seen after that meeting. Finally he was found.
