For every member of staff booked, TOG plants a tree through the Carma programme, which also channels funding into veteran support. Clients are invited to match this through the Trees for All programme. The long term goal is not just net zero carbon emissions from staff travel but to become the industry’s first carbon-negative staffing solution.

Living Wage, Not Minimum Wage

TOG has held Living Wage Accreditation since the business began. People who are paid fairly arrive motivated, take the work seriously and come back season after season. Unreliable casual staffing is a known pressure point in the events industry. TOG’s answer is a working environment that people actively want to be part of, where loyalty is built through fair pay and genuine respect. The events industry can be physically and mentally demanding, and TOG takes that seriously. Every team member receives enhanced break provision and welfare packs tailored to the season, and no one works more than six days in a row. All of our full-time team members complete Mental Health First Aider training within their first year, and we actively encourage our onsite leads to do the same, with anonymous reporting available through Stamp Out.
