The savannah park of Benazir is opening at night

Gopalganj's Savannah Eco Resort and Natural Park has become a hot topic after former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed's corruption and mountain of wealth came to light. The park will be opened for public from 8 am on Saturday under the management of the district administration. As a result, visitors can enter the park. It is said that all the income of the park will be deposited in the state treasury.

Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Deputy Director. Moshiur Rahman said, after being closed for 10 days, the park will be opened for public from 8 am on Saturday under the management of the district administration. In this, visitors can enter and roam inside the park by paying a gate fee of Tk 100 as before.

However, while the park's rides are open for amusement, the cottages will remain closed. On June 4, the authorities temporarily closed the park due to server problems. Since then, the park has been closed to visitors.

The district administration took control of the former IGP Benazir Ahmed's Savannah Eco Resort and Natural Park by appointing a receiver on the order of the court last night. Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) formed a 6-member committee with Deputy Commissioner as convener and Deputy Director of Gopalganj Anti-Corruption Commission as member-secretary to supervise the maintenance and management activities of the park on Thursday.
