On behalf of the Chhatra Dal, the senior joint general secretary of the organization Shyamal Malum filed the case at the Kalabagan police station on Thursday.
According to the sources of the case, on September 2, the business establishment called 'Chandpur Store' next to Panthpath Signal was attacked under the leadership of Kalabagan Thana Chhatra Dal convener Obaidul Islam Saikat. During this time, they looted 60 thousand cash and physically beat some people including the owner of the establishment. Based on clear evidence of this incident, Chhatra Dal expelled him immediately.
Shyamal Malum said that the case was filed today on the orders of BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman.
