According to the notification signed by Hafizur Rahman, gusty or gale force winds may blow over Chittagong, Noakhali, Comilla, Mymensingh and Sylhet districts from west or north-west at a speed of 45 to 60 km per hour. At this time there may be rain or thunder. The river ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number 1.
According to another notification of the Meteorological Office, the extension of western low pressure is located in West Bengal and nearby areas. Seasonal normal low pressure is located over South Bay of Bengal. In this situation, there may be rain or thundershower with temporary gusts or stormy winds in the next few days in different parts of the country.
